 Question: How long does the battery last?

Answer: Once the camera is fully charged, it can last over 20 days.  The batteries can be recharged.  You can also come to our after-sale team to get a pair of replacement batteries.

Question: Can it be used with your computer?

Answer: Sorry, it can not connect to the computer, but an iPad.

Question: Does the app work for iPhone?

Answer: Yes, it can support both IOS and Android.

Question: Is it waterproof?

Answer: Yes, the roof design can be waterproof.

Question: What kind of mounting does it have?  Can I put it on a Shepard’s hook?

Answer: The feeder uses an angle bracket for attachment.  The feeder needs a firm attachment.  Jury-rigging to hang from a Sheperd’s hook would cause the feeder swing when birds landed for feeding.

Question: Hummingbirds and other birds don’t get along.  Do they have only a hummingbird version?

Answer: Not really, you can put the hummingbird feeder on and then it is for hummingbirds, but if you take it off and fill it with bird seeds, it will also feed other birds.
